主要用途

本機可對金屬、非金屬及復(fù)合材料進行力學(xué)性能測試和分析研究，廣泛應(yīng)用于、石油化工、機械制造、塑料橡膠、陶瓷建材、金屬材料、建筑工程等行業(yè)，以及高等院校、科研機構(gòu)、技術(shù)監(jiān)督、質(zhì)檢站所等部門。

可根據(jù)GB/ISO/ASTM/JIS/DIN等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)選配不同附具后可進行拉伸、壓縮、彎曲、剝離、剪切、撕裂、刺破、頂破，可檢測材料的屈服強度、抗拉（壓、彎）強度、延伸率、非比例強度、彈性模量等參數(shù)。

控制系統(tǒng)軟件采用基于WINDOWS操作系統(tǒng)作為平臺，具有運行速度快，界面溫和，操作簡單等特點，可滿足不同材料的試驗測量需要。如有特殊要求，軟件可定做，并可按用戶要求擴展軟件功能。

測量系統(tǒng)：

負(fù)荷測量：采用0.05%FS高穩(wěn)定性、高精度輪輻式拉壓傳感器，配以高性能的測量放大系統(tǒng)，保證了試驗力的高分辨率。

試樣變形測量：通過大變形測量系統(tǒng)或電子引申計（小變形測量），采用24位A/D轉(zhuǎn)換單片機采集系統(tǒng)，經(jīng)計算機控制數(shù)據(jù)處理，實現(xiàn)試樣的變形測量。

位移測量：采用2000P/R高精度光電編碼器與精密絲杠同軸轉(zhuǎn)動，通過數(shù)字電路實現(xiàn)衡量位移（即上下夾頭相對位移）的測量。

傳動控制系統(tǒng)

該機采用雙空間門式結(jié)構(gòu)，上空間拉伸，下空間壓縮、彎曲。主機部分由立柱、上橫梁、中橫梁、工作臺組成門式框架，調(diào)速系統(tǒng)安裝在工作臺下部，由調(diào)速精度高、范圍寬、性能穩(wěn)定的伺服電機通過同步齒形帶減速系統(tǒng)帶動滾珠絲杠副旋轉(zhuǎn)，滾珠絲杠副驅(qū)動中橫梁，帶動拉伸附具（或壓縮、彎曲附具）上下移動，實現(xiàn)試樣的加荷和卸載。該結(jié)構(gòu)具有高剛度、高效率、傳動穩(wěn)定等優(yōu)點。

試驗力控制系統(tǒng)

采用計算機結(jié)合先進的電子技術(shù)、實現(xiàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、單元化控制，具有加載平穩(wěn)、測量準(zhǔn)確、采集頻率高等特點。自動采集處理試驗數(shù)據(jù)，繪制多種曲線并打印試驗報告。

保護裝置

具有過載、過流、漏電等保護功能。

Control system software based on WINDOWS operating system as a platform, with fast, moderate interface, simple operation etc., to meet the needs of the measured results of different materials. Measuring system:

Load measurement: using 0.05% FS sensors, high stability, high precision and spokes tension and compression with high performance measurement amplifier system, to ensure the test force of the high resolution.

Sample deformation measurements: large deformation measurement system or electronic extended meter （small deformation measurement）, collection system controlled with 24 bits A/D conversion, data processing by computer control, realize the sample deformation measurement.

Displacement measurement: adopt high precision photoelectric encoder and 2000 p/R precision leadscrew coaxial rotation, through the digital circuit implementation measure displacement （that is, the upper and lower clamp relative displacement） measurement.

Drive control system

This machine adopts double space gantry structure, spatial tensile, compression, bending under space. Host part of the column, beam, the beam, the workbench of the gantry framework, speed control system installed at the bottom of the workbench, by high speed control precision, wide range, stable performance of the servo motor through the synchronous toothed belt drive the ball screw vice deceleration system, beam in the ball screw pair drive, drive the tensile stogether stogether （or compression, bend） to move up and down, sample loading and unloading.
